You will need to get your parents or some other guardian over the age of 18 to create an account so that you can access the servers.

EA restricts minors from having an account without parental permission.

if you mean your old account all you have to do is create a new user go to playstation network click use existing account and plug in the info but the main prob is with your internet connection not the ps3

That happened to me just a few minutes ago. I have been having problems with EA servers too, so I don't know what is going on...

go to my Xbox, family settings, and change the Xbox live access settings, or just change console safety to off.

It is for a fact a conflict between the new game update and using the MY SKILL difficulty setting that causes the game to freeze. If you wish to still play with your my skill settings simply select Custom as the skill level and copy your skill numbers. For example my numbers were 16 20 14 12. Simply copy this numbers to custom and you can still play with your skill settings. This is a simple fix until EA puts out another update.

Dude I have this same problem!! Ever since the first time I loaded Madden 11 content, I've had nothing but problems. I thought I fried my console because nothing would load up, kept getting frozen. Only after I ripped out all saved Madden content was I able to play any of my games. WTF!! 60 bucks for what??
