The memory of my Panasonic KX-FP81 fax machine is full as a result of me taking the paper out to stop the many faxes sent to me from advertisers. When a genuine fax is being sent I have to put paper in, but as the memory is full it prints all the faxes. How can I clear the memory? Thanks David

SOURCE: My fax machine is saying cover open when the cover is closed

unplug it and leave it unplugged for a minute then plug it back in and turn it on

make sure that "autoreduction" is set to on. should be in your owners manual. also, make sure your paper size is set correctly.

Panasonic kx-f1100 fax prints and sends 1 page on 2 pgs- 2big!

I found the solution to my problem: Press Menu, Pound Key (#), 35 to set copy size, 36 to set fax size, press Start/Set, then use up/down arrows on right side of the machine to select 92%, 86%, 72%, or Off. Press Start/Set to select desired setting.
Press Menu to exit!
