The factory preset password is 0000. This password must be used first before setting your own personal password. It is recommended that you keep your personal password in a safe place and away from children. In the event you loose your personal password the master password is 8202. The master password overrides all passwords. The master password can't be changed and should be kept in a safe place away from children.

TV without entering your passcode. When your
password is requested, press the number 9 and QV

This process temporarily unlocks the TV.

Samsung password reset

Im assuming its a samsung phone
Samsung cell phones come with many security features.
In addition to the common feature of preventing calls after a period of inactivity, some Samsung phones also allow you to prevent others' use of your phone's SIM chip and access to your files.
One password unlocks the various locks, except for two other passwords used for the SIM chip. The syntax of the menu items to click to reset a password differ somewhat between Samsung models but you can figure out roughly how to apply instructions for one phone to another.

1
Lock the phone from making calls by clicking "Start" or "Menu," "Security Settings" (or "More" and then "Security"), and "Phone Lock" or "Device Lock."
Change the password by clicking "Start" or "Menu," "Security Settings," and "Change Password." Then enter a new password.

2
Set the phone to work only with the current SIM chip by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "SIM Lock."
Enter a new password when prompted.

3
Prevent unauthorized use of your SIM card by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "PIN Lock." Type a new PIN when prompted.
4
Prohibit access to your files, messages and contact list by clicking "Menu," "Security Settings," and "Privacy Lock."
Enter the password from Step 1 when prompted to unlock access.
Reset the file lock/messages/contact password by resetting the phone lock password, as in
Step 1

Need a password for my TV.(Polaroid) I never remember putting in a password on Tv. Now I have programs lock-then it says program locked enter password. I can't rememeber a password. Can you help me?????

Polaroid sets a defualt password for the V-Chip at the factory. The default is 1111, as listed on page 21 of the manual. I would recommend you either change the password to one that you'll remember, or disable the V-Chip entirely.

DVD discs equipped with the child lock function are rated according to their contents and settings vary from disc to disc. Parental control features are password protected. The original setting is unlocked. This setting allows you to use number buttons to input any password. Note: The Default Password is 1369. This password is always effective even after you
have selected your own password and changed it. To avoid the possibility of others using the default password to set the parental level and change the password, you can record this default password in another area and delete it from this manual. Some discs can be limited depending on the age of users while some discs cannot.
