I think the haurex is poorly made and if i can't get it to run longer than 12 hrs( wichi is about how long it runs now) i will be returning it.

I have the Haurex Italy Promise Women's Crystal Watch. I bought it in June of this year. The watch stopped running today. This may not be relevant but I do not wear a watch very often, keeping it more...

It is unusual for a quartz watch to stop so soon (presumably the battery is now dead?).

I suggest you contact the makers local customer care center and discuss it with them.

You can find their local service center by going to http://www.haurex.com/collezione.asp?id=93 and clicking on "after sales service". If you have any proof of purchase date, then it should be still under warranty if it needs repair.

The haurex emblem in the watch is loose. how to fix it? repair wathman said you will have remove crystal to fix instead of going in from rear.

This is completely wrong. You HAVE to open watch's case back, remove the stem and then get whole movement out. Then you will be able to refit emblem. Rate me, plz.

I just bought a Haurex watch with the white rubber band and I can not get the clasp to work.

Go back to the supplier; If you cannot get the clasp to work, you should be shown how to operate it (or it should be replaced if it is broken).

Hello: Watch stops , will not work unless

Most watch company's offer a 2 year warranty on the movement and it sounds like a problem with the movement. I recommend taking it back to the point of purchase with reciept if they can't look it up and most company's will remedy the problem at no cost to you (when it is that new).
