I do not recommend partial cooking before fully filling the muffin with the filling. Muffins are more likely to cave in and be over cooked. In most cases the bottoms will over cook and the top of the muffin will be undercook. Just bake the muffins with the filling at the same time.
Ok. Best pancakes are temps that range from 350 to 375 griddle heat temp.. if you have the non stick circular pan. Put as close to heat blower as possible..let it get hot.. approx 5 minutes. Remove heat blower. While pan is still hot,,spray a little pan release oil on pan evenly,, just a touch,,then pour some batter on pan. Put top back in with high heat. Keep your eye on it,,should cook in about 4 minutes. Depends on thickness of batter. .. if that does not work,, build a fire outside. Use your air frier as fuel, get a cast iron pan,,place on top and pour batter onto pan. That's Guaranteed to work

Try preheating the griddle for 5 minutes, then spray a light coat of pam on the hot waffle iron plates, and then add the batter (standard batter should work) (I wouldn't add oil if it's not in the recipe). Good Luck to You with that....
