Fter lifting lid how do you get the cartridge holder to move to obtain access to change cartridge

Turn on your printer and raise the lid or press the cartridge changing button. Wait for the cartridge carrier to slide out.
Lift the cartridge holder lid, and the cartridge will pop up for removal.
Carefully remove the tape from the ink opening on the bottom of new cartridge.
Insert the new cartridge into the cartridge carrier. Make sure the new cartridge is oriented the same way that the old cartridge had been.

Close the cartridge holder lid and press the cleaning button to charge the cartridge.
Close printer cover.

Still unable to change the ink, you should go to customer support at +1-800-243-0051 ' +1-800-243-0019

Usually when you lift the lid to access the cartridges the printer will move the print head into a position where you can access the cartridges

Turn the printer on.
Lift the lid that covers the print-head mechanism.
Wait 15 seconds.
The print-head will slide to an accessible position.
Press down on the ink-cartridge, to "unlock" it from its holder.
Gently slide it out.
Gently slide in the replacement ink-cartridge.
Press up-and-in on the ink-cartridge, to "lock" it into its holder.
Close the lid.
Print a test-page.

Close the lid.
Turn printer off then back on.
Open lid.
Cartridge holder should move to the middle.

When changing ink cartridge on this printer verufy first that the power is on. Once you lift the lid it will move the cartridges into view so you can access them.

There should be a Lid you can lift up (where the paper comes out after being printed on) and when you lift that up you will see the ink cartridge move to the middle, Where you can push the open switch and replace the ink catridge. After the ink is replaced, lock the ink cartridge holder, and close the lid. You then should be ready to print.

Be sure the system is powered up and tray should move into the spot it needs to be in for access. If it refuses to do this this then double check your steps closely or return system to store for exchange.

Thanks for using FixYa. Turn the printer on. Now raise the lid of the cartridge cage and wait for the cartridge carrier to slide out. Lift the cartridge holder lid and remove the cartridge. Before installing the new Cartridge, remove the tape from the ink opening point on the bottom. Now insert the new cartridge into the cartridge case and close the cartridge holder lid. Close printer cover. After doing all the above steps, print a test page.

When you turn the printer off and back on you should hear a noise, when you lift the lid the cartridges moving to the center so you can replace them.
