Did you try replacing the headlamp bulbs ?
Low Beam Headlamp Operation
The low beam headlamps may be turned ON in 3 different ways:
• When the headlamp switch in the HEAD position for normal operations
• When the headlamp switch is in the AUTO position, for automatic lamp control (ALC)
• When the headlamp switch is placed in the AUTO position, with the windshield wipers ON in daylight conditions, after a 6 second delay
When the headlamp switch is placed in the HEAD position, ground from G304 is applied through headlamps ON switch signal circuit to the body control module (BCM), signaling the headlamps ON request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies ground through the headlamp low beam relay control circuit energizing the LO BEAM PCB Relay. With the relay energized, battery voltage is applied through the switch side of the relay, the left and right low beam fuses, and the low beam supply voltage circuits illuminating the low beam headlamps. Ground for both headlamps is provided at G104.
Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter ? Also ,do you know what a PCB relay is ? PCB - printed circuit board relay , which means it's soldered onto the circuit board inside the under hood fuse box . Using a wiring diagram check input from headlamp switch to the BCM ( you could do this with a scan tool if you had a professional type ) And check for control of PCB relay . at connector 2 pin 10 underside of under hood fuse box . You would need print out of connectors for under hood fuse box to determine which one you need to check . Your best bet mite be to have a qualified repair shop check it out .
There are two PCB wiper relays . PCB - printed circuit board , soldered inside the under hood fuse box . GM say's their are non serviceable . You would need to pull the fuse box off the vehicle an take it a part . Have heard of people doing just that an soldering new ones in . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on body & accessories ,then under subsystem click on wiper/washer . Click the search button then the blue link. The relays are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Before trying to replace them you should have a qualified repair shop diagnose it , check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes , test the electrical circuits etc....
This is a BCM - body control module controlled wiper / washer system . The wiper switch is a input to the BCM . The BCM then controls two relay's - wiper control (PCB) relay an wiper speed (PCB) relay . PCB - printed circuit relay , that means they are soldered right to the circuit board inside the under hood fuse box . Your problem could be any number of thing's , wiring , control module , relay etc... Hooking up a scan tool an checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's stored in the BCM would be the first thing I would do , if these vehicle came to me. If no code's ,looking at wiring diagrams would be my next step. Using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter to test the circuit's . Do you know anything about any of this i posted here ?

for old Rangemasters it is difficult to find the original parts, as they have their outside model.
But when you open the switch carefully, you will find 2 switches on a board, one for the light and one for the fan.
These parts are common for a lot of cooker hoods. The switches look like the one of link 1 Genuine Creda CRV10W Light Bulb Switch Cooker Hood eBay
