I cant upgrade the rom on htc hd2 from the htc site,keeps telling me invalid serial number.is th ere another site pls??

During ROM upgrade, make sure that your phone battery is at least 50% charged. Automatic standby and hibernation are disabled in computer, and close all running programs. Do not disconnect your HTC HD2 Smartphone from your computer while the phone software is being updated. If you disconnect the HTC HD2 Smartphonee during the software update, it may become unusable.

The easiest way to change the language is to flash a new ROM (OS) to the HD2, which is now possible as we have Hard SPL which makes the procedure very safe.

Check your serial number in settings and the first four digits should give you the month of manufacture. For example SH08 would be august.

do you have picture first off pull the battey out while on its called a hard reset if you cant get in to the phone call tmobile and explaine whats going they will be able to tell you what buttons to press to reset your phone

Well for your information microsoft wm 7 so far is not coming to Htc hd2. But if you want to enable the 567MB Ram then you have to flash your phone with the After market cooked roms. You can go on xda-developers.com and click on the forums choose Htc hd2 and then rom developments. If you need any futher help let me know thanks.
