The thin black material covering the foam ear pads is flaking off and getting on face, ears and clothing. Can we get replacement pads? Dennis Christian

Yes there's a firm that might have them, you'll find it at the bottom of my tip on headphones. Just click my user name to find it.

My Motorola S305 stereo bluetooth headphones' foam pads on one of the ears is falling off. I've tried using something like a credit card to pinch the foam back into the game where it seems to be held in,...

Hey, this might be too late to help you, but I figured I'd share in case anyone else came across this while looking for help (as I did).
There's a small inner ring that the edge of the foam ear pads wraps around, but you can't really fit it under there while it's attached to the earpiece. The solution? I used something thin (specifically a nail file) to remove this "ring". It actually seems designed to pop on and off. I was then able to easily wrap the foam ear pad around the ring, then re-attach the ring to the rest of the earpiece.
Hope that helps!

Need earpad replacements for Optimus Pro-100 Wireless headphones

Just flip the headphone pad inside out on the Optimus Pro 100 wireless headphones.
Find the 3 screws on each headphone speaker, you have to push the existing cover back, but you'll find them. Remove the 3 screws. Be careful of the speaker wire that will be attached to the cover plate that has the ear pad on it. Also, look carefully at how the components are assembled inside the headphone, as you might disturb their setting. They are easy to return to their proper place if they move.
Gently remove the ear pad, turn it inside out and you will have a new covered ear pad. GENTLY, re-install ear pad onto speaker plate, be careful not to break the speaker wire that is attached. I found a little flat screwdriver helps to pull the edge of the pad over the plate. The ear pad is actually quite strong and can take some abuse, but don't pull the speaker wires loose.
After you have the cover back on, find the screw holes and put the 3 screws back in. Presto, a little cleanup on any loose pieces of covering from the original side and your done for another couple years or so.

Replacement foam for Beyerdynamic DT 531 Consumer Headphones

I have the same problem with a pair of Fostex Headphones. I have taken them apart and I have removed the rubber type ring that the foam fits over.
I am going to order a cheap pair of thin foam Headphone ear covers from Ebay. (They are available in various sizes) and stick the foam to the ring and follow that
by sticking the ring back in. Should work if the foam is thin enough. What do you think?

Need replacement earpads for Sony FM/AM Walkman SRF-H4 headset radio

LIKE YOU ALL, NO CURE OR REPLACEMENT FOR THE ROTTED PADS. WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT ECONOMY PLUS BRAND AIR CONDITIONER FILTER MATERIAL, ABOUT $3.00, FOR A WALL AC. THEN WENT TO DOLLAR GENERAL AND BOUGHT SCUNCI BRAND BLACK HAIR ELASTICS, EIGHT OF THEM FOR $2.00 TO KEEP PONYTAILS, NOW EAR PADS, IN PLACE. CUT THE AC MATERIAL TO FIT, AND ATTACHED WITH HAIR ELASTICS. ONLY A PURIST WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF COLOR MATCH. THERE WAS A SOLUTION, ONLY A MATTER OF FINDING IT. GOOD LUCK ALL OF YOU.
