Hi you can purchase NCK code for your Sony ericsson W350 mobile from online providers like Mobileunlocksolutions.com here they render unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ...
It's actually quite simple to replace the mic. At the bottom of the phone directly to the south of the keypad the cover comes off with a plectrum (guitar pick) and the mic is underneath on a membrane. The mic itself will just pull away from the membrane and then you simply slot the new mic in it's place (be careful not to damage the membrane).
However, in my experience mic problems on the W580i are never actually caused by the mic itself, Mic problems are almost always caused by a damaged internal ribbon cable or membrane, so please don't waste your time with the above unless you are absolutely sure the mic is at fault.
They all break. Mine has broken several (7 - 8 times) in last year. Sony-Ericsson says they can't get them in my color anymore (Ice Blue) so the last one they sent was black and orange. Get a new phone, not a Sony-Ericsson.
Before you get a unlock code you need to provide the IMEI number. Every phone has a code that is as unique as a fingerprint, it
is called an IMEI number. To locate your unlocking code we need you to
provide us with your IMEI number. (You can either locate your 15 digit
IMEI number underneath your battery, usually on a label, or
alternatively you can simply dial *#06# on your phone)
The problem must have occured because the file format wouldn't have supported your mob... sony ericsson w350 is capable of playing only mp3 format files...
