Problem with HomePride model TE555 fireplace heater

Is this a gas fireplace or electric? If you would post the make and model that would be a big help. IF it is gas then it has a flame sensor in it and those get dirty.

This unit was made by Monessen Hearth Systems. The original heater/fan part has been discontinued; however, there is a new part that is compatible with your fireplace. You will need to search for part#10006404 Fan/Heater.

Maybe need a Millivolt thermostat ?

Hi check pilot is clean , check the volts from the powerphile should be 300 to 500 mille volts ,seeif pilot flame is playing on powerphile

Hi try national energy or local plumbing / heating shop they will sell you one , home hardware home depot

go to ebay and put in electric fireplace heater parts, the flame motor is around 20 bucks, and the heater element around 50 bucks Good luck

I have a cheap electric fireplace bought in SuperCentre store-heater no longer works. It says its a one piece system. Can these heaters be replaced or repaired(probably made in China) or am i better off scrapping it and buying a new one?

This is for the pyromaster hef33 2004. This site has 02 thru 05 parts for the pyromaster.
