There are likely bad capacitors on the power board. You will need to replace 4 capacitors, labeled c101, c304, c305 and c404. I used 3 50v 33uf and 1 50v 47uf capacitors. The originals are 35v 33uf and 35v 47uf. Replacing these should fix most power board issues.
Go to your local Electronics Store! Like Best Buy, Walmart, Radio Shack or even the store that is going out of Business, Circuit City. There are only $8 to $12. Most come with batteries.
Try turning the master power on and off a few times. Give it a few secs inbetween power offs and that should work. It's worked for me. Sometimes it takes longer that other times to show a picture.
