Hi Paul, Both your problems are due to bad capacitors in the power supply section. If you can, open the back cover you may find some bulged capacitors on the power board. Replace them. Or consult someone who can do it. Good luck.

Though this is evidently a problem within the TV, just try changing the input device to some other like a DVD player and see. Look for any loose contacts in RC jack, cable and socket, as intermittent contacts can bring such funny looking problems, as the TV does not get time to recover from the making/breaking time. If problem persists, I recommend you call in a qualified service technician, as opening the back cover by others is not advisable.

Apologies but this is a cross-post from the Expansys USA forums. I've bought my E71 in the US, and the US forums are a bit quieter than the UK ones.
I've tried to follow the directions at http://my-symbian.com/s60v3/faq/showquestion.php?faq=1&fldAuto=6 and http://my-symbian.com/s60v3/faq/showquestion.php?faq=1&fldAuto=7. Neither of these seem to work. Any ideas?

If I key in *#7370# it will offer to send service command, but comes back with Request Not Completed. Holding the green key with 3 and * whilst powering on doesn't seem to start a format. Should something appear on the screen.

OR:

1. Switch off your Nokia phone
2. Now Press following key sequence *#7370# or *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
5. Wait for message ‘Format it

Please try this :
Open the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class

[to open the registry, vista or 7, navigate to start, then type in regedit, choose from list, right click and say open as administrator. On XP, navigate to start, choose run, type in regedit and hit enter]

Then find the DVD & CD ROM key under above value.
Under the DVD & CD ROM key, find the values UpperFilter & LowerFilter and delete both seperately. Reboot machine and recheck. See below for picture

it depends on your model. i have the same laptop, and I read the box and it clearly states no webcam, A lot of comments on other sites to this question your asking, are saying different. The little black circle in the middle top of you LCD screen is supposed to be the webcam if your model comes with it, but if it doesnt u would have to buy a seperate cam. I am researching the last statement as far as buying a seperate web cam. It seems as though i am having the same problem as yourself. I just so happened to read the box, and it said" Webcam: No"....Sorry! If you find out anything else, let me know by responding to your comment. Good Luck!

see for that if the vehicle come with electronic sensor system in this case take the vehicle to nearest authorised service station or consult an experienced mechanic or expert in case if you are doing on your own which is not advisable you may hook in to problem's so better consult a good experience person if doing on own just take thing's in consideration place a jumper wire with additional battery which will provide energy supply mean while you replace the old battery with new one & then connect the battery terminal to new battery without the loss of energy supply to required system...! seeing to that you do not grab your self in problem's till then have a safe drive & happy motoring for more FAQ any time just ask for help we will sort out your problem till then siddhanth say's bye ....!!

Cut the negative battery cables open & positve one's too.If they're green or sorta green they're shot. You'ld be amazed at what good cables can do.

If the Tach is showing some RPMs then it must be turning the motor over, if the bike is just coming out of storage it may be gummed up in the fuel system. try turning the fuel petcock off and then on a couple of times. try to start the bike. Failing that, you may have to drain the fuel and replace it with new fuel.
if neither of these work you may have to consult a local mechanic for a spark test and fuel test.

waited till monday and called the customer service, and they told me to keep the door closed when you heat the machine for the first time. Did it, made some egg bread from the recipe included in book...it was great! nice crust and tasted great warm!

It seems to me that you are missing part of the print alignment procedure. See page 12-18 in Chapter 12, Troubleshooting and routine maintenance, of the Users Manual.

If the unit fails after two or three proper and complete attempts, the unit might need service. Contact Brother Customer Service for further troubleshooting -- see page i of the Users Manual.
