Resetting the Passlock system should fix it. If it doesn't you need an auto electrician or an auto locksmith.

You just need to do a Security System Reset

To turn phone security off:
**Press Navigation key
**Select Settings
**Select Security settings
**Select pin code request
**Turn use of PIN on or off, Select Off to turn off the function
**Key in your PIN and press the Navigation key.
**Return to home screen

Since You have forgotten your security PIN, you might want to Use Nokia 'Hard Reset ' to Reset Nokia Security Code. Though This will delete everything on your phone memory. So if you have access to phone (Phone is not locked), Please backup data. And also make sure phone battery is full before performing hard reset
Ensuring phone is turned off, press & hold below 3 keys simultaneously,
Call key + Asterisk key (*) + Number Three (3)
Ensuring that above keys are being pressed, Press & hold Power button until you'll see message "Formatting" on your screen. Release all keys & wait for formatting to be completed. That's normal. It is indicating your ignition security system is activated and your key is required to start the key or deactivate the security. There is nothing to "reset". If the red light is not flashing when the key is not in the ignition, then there is something wrong with your ignition security system.

Welcome to Fixya. If you need the to change the SSID and Network Key you need to access the Wireless Settings Page.

To access the router page just open a browser then type 192.168.1.1, the Default username is blank and the password is admin. Go to the Wireless Tab select Wireless Security you will see the SSID you can personalize it and under the Security Mode you will see there Network Key or Security Key. The Network Key or Security Key serves as a password or security code on your network to make it secure.

You can also reset the router by pressing the Reset button at the back of it for 15-30 seconds using a Pen and a Paper Clip.

Rset code is 12345.

The security key was setup by the person who first installed the router. If you do not have the key, you need to Reset the router. There is a reset button on the back of the router that needs to be held in for more than 15 seconds to reset it to factory specs which removes the security.

It doesn't have to be the security. a dead battery won't let the car crank either. With a security problem the car will crank but not start. The security can be reset if the battery is charged and up. Turn the key on ( do'nt crank ) the security light will stay on if it needs to be reset. If it remains on leave the key on for 15 minutes around then it will go out. turn the key off and then turn it right back on, the security light will be on again. Leave the key on till the light goes out again, then turn it off then turn it back on , wait again when it goes out turnthe key off then right back on then crank the engine and it should start. With a scanner the code will be security neweds to be reset. Thia is all anyone can do to reset the security and it's what you were charged $450 for. Following directions.
