Phone works but camera blocks the whole machine

My problem is not possible to open telefon.ia want PUK CODE, I do not know PUKCODE saya.tolong phone me to solve this problem.

You may try by following instructions given below.
Warning: Do not enter any wrong unlock unlock codes on your Sony Ericsson K610i mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

1 - Switch ON your Sony Ericsson K610i mobile phone without any SIM Card,
2 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
3 - Press the button * twice,
4 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
5 - The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear,
(or you will have displayed an unlock menu, select the lock you want to unlock)
6 - Enter the Unlock Code.

If your Sony Ericsson K610i mobile phone does not have a left arrow button/key(e.g. Sony Ericsson W950i) and on a few phones(not all) that have a "JOGDIAL" you must press the "down arrow" key/button instead of the "left arrow" key/button for step 2 & 4. We mean by "Down Arrow" to direct the Jogdial down! In the Sony Ericsson W950i and some other models, the down arrow button/key would be located on the side of the phone.

You better go to the nearest Sony ericsson service center & get your mobile software updated.

do you see the bluetooth icon on top of your screen. Also check whether "visibility" is set to "Show phone"in bluetooth menu

Please ensure that all drivers are installed. Check in device manager.
Right click on my computer and select properties. Then select the hardware tab and device manager in that section. If any drivers are not installed properly they will appear with a yellow exclamation mark. Reinstall these.

If all drivers are installed correctly check the contacts on the phone as sometimes the tend to get dirty and block the signal. also check if cable is faulty.

U have to ask ur customer care...

this may often happen when ur data is large. switch off ur phone. remove ur memory card and insert it back. switch it on again and see.plz do comment and rate

Slide the back battery clip down by using your thumb and make sure your fingers are not blocking the clip on the bottom. Then remove the battery and then you can take out your simcard.

check for the memorycard size is it the same that came with the handset try using the phone without the memory card for 24-48 hrs if the phone works fine without the memory card then the memory card is faulty if the phone still does not work properly then it should be repaired.If the phone is under warranty then give it to the manufacturer for repairs

pls chk the volume level..if it is full problem is with the speaker of the fone....pouput is blocked.
