Hel me!!!!!!! My games and applications folders will not open! When clicked to open it just says opperation failed!! Please help me!! I Really like my mobile games!

Try a master reset.
its normally doesnt happens but u have to do this step.

Hi,

Back up everything and master reset your phone. That should solve the problem. If not, then you need to flash the firmware of the phone (you can use SEUS - Sony Ericsson Update Service).

and download the update software and install it , follow the instrution
it really works even i faced the same problem with phone but dont forget to remove your memorycard.
