I cant open the yahoomail from yahoo messenger buttom

Yahoo Messenger is the application by Yahoo group-- owners of Yahoomail. it is only used for chatting with friends and family; you cant check your mail on it.

once you have made a yahoomail account, you can already use it for signing in to yahoo messenger. You just need to fill proper information for your yahoomail and have it properly verified.. :) \ Have a nice day ahead! :)

You can access yahoo through google by opening the google website and typing yahoomail into the search box. you will see a list of links to open yahoomail just follow anyone

you may be signed on in another computer ?

if problem persist, seek techsuppoirt from yahoo

You can open yahoo mail, when you get the messenger on the messenger alert(with envelope icon)just click on you get to your mail without leaving yahoo messenger.

I suggest you to check whether your email address and password is correct or not, by logging in at the www.yahoomail.com website, If you are able to login then your account exists and the email address and password is correct.
If it shows wrong password, try forgot password.

If you are able to login to your account in website, only you cannot login in yahoo messenger, There might be some problem in yahoo messenger, I suggest you to download the recent version of yahoo messenger and try logging in, if problem persists check your internet connectivity, Sometimes we couldn't login if there is a problem in internet connection.
There may also be problem with windows firewall settings.

And also check whether the yahoo messenger is added as exception in the windows firewall or not, If not add the yahoo messenger to exception list.

Go to your yahoomail and click i cant access my account, there is always a space for "i cant access my account" before u can enter your yahoomail, since u use the same password for your mail and messenger. two secret questions were asked when you signed into yahoomail, try and remember those questions also. follow the guidelines set before you.

change ur password on website means yahoomail.com.sign in with ur id and change pass and put in some like new and then ok and again check on messenger .if not so try latest messenger or re-install ur messenger
