Electrical element for heating water in machine is not working ! machine is 12 years old . Can anyone take me through process of changing above ? this is the 2nd element in wash-machine .
I havent changed one on this model but there useally much the same and qiute easy to do first take the back off the machine
at the lower half of the rear of the drum there is two prongs sticking out with wires on spade connectors a third earth wire in the centre remove these 3 wires they should just pull off but sometimes held on by nuts you will have to check yours then with the machine emty of water unbolt this is the element assembly is the reverse
