Sim card Have a Motorola razr V3, and tried sim card in a nokia a friend gave us, to see if the nokia worked, then put my sim card back into my razr phone, it keeps saying "inser sinm". cant get into even make a call on it HELP!!!

thats right,older terlus razor phones are cdma,not gsm,therefore .no sim card.so you will have to switch to telus,or get another phone

yes if the phone is unlocked..

It may be caused that when you take out sim from old phome it has damaged, try for old one is it still working? if not then your sim is dead, also old phones made SIM-s to be bend and such SIM-s have difficlt electrical connection with new phones.
Also find if "this sim only" is activated in your phone.
It must give you signal, Insert sim card, or insert proper sim. If insert sim card warning card is damaged or have not enough good connection, if another, then this sim only is activated you first you must unlock it to work .

you will need to take the phone and have the phone reset and the simcard as well

Try making sure the connection points for the sim are clean. After taking the sim out, gently but firmly blow into the area to dislodge any dust. Put the sim back in and cross your fingers.

Try rigorously cleaning the sim card and phone connections (also battery connections - after reading forums the batteries on V3's are often to blame for their problems) with a cotton bud then leave the phone off without the sim card in it and charge it overnight. Then put in the sim card and turn the phone on. This might help. My V3 often says Insert SIM and it is very annoying so i'm getting rid of it but those methods have worked for me.

screw loose or sim card sockit loose when u press it its work after loose it gave same problem. one of the free sagason is take a paper turn it and adjust this middel of sim and battery
