Hi,
did you clean the bottom bobbin area thoroughly? Remove the cover plate and bobbin reel, look for debris. Any left over cotton will cause problems, after you clean it spray some wd-40 on all moving parts.
Thanks
Adam
please leave me some feedback
Hmmm, so I presume you are trying the takeup by slowly hand turning the rotor (does this model have such)?
Are you trying it with the foot cover plate removed so you can see what is happening?
Is the needle in the right way, they can actually go in backwards.
Can you please explain when this problem occurred, ie have you used the machine recently (successfully)? Did you buy this new etc etc.
First check your "fill bobbin" lever on top: make sure it's open all the way. (Try opening and closing it several times.) If this is even slightly in the closed position, the feed nor the needle assy will not move.
Next, make sure your foot pedal is not depressed...tap it several times up-down. If the pedal is even slightly depressed, the feed nor the needle assy will not move.
