Hi my dad sent me a web cam with 6 lights on top e-solution which drever do i need

Download the WEB cam and device drivers from the Acer WEB site. Make sure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require that matches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. Use this link to get to the Acer support: -

hi susan...( by the way my surname is Morris to lol ) anyhow...well you are right, web cams on laptops are no way near as good as the external ones and also with laptops they are not as good at handling web related images as well as home pc's, i think the best solution would be to purchase an external web cam and use that, if i may sugest a nice web cam that i personally use on my laptop when i am away it the logitech web-cam 250, this is an excellent web-cam to use for laptops and are very cheap to purchase....hope this helps happy new year

just got to acer sites and goto support section enter your model number ... and you can see all drivers for you lap ... download the latest drivers for you sound ..
after download .. just clik setup .. and all will be done by the package .. and restart the system .. everything will be fine ..

Hi, It is possible that certain computer privileges are not allowed to you as a 2nd user and all are allowed in your dad's account (presumably as Administrator). With your dad's permission and agreement, set up your account also as an administrator. Hope this works for you and should you need further information, pls post again. Good luck and kind regards.
