The error says that "The transfer rollers in the ETB are not
engaged."

If replacing the ETB(electronic transfer belt) doesn't fix the problem, your printer is going to need a technician. Problem could be poor seating of the cables on the ETB motor or the 'transfer-roller separation solenoid or the DC Controller.
It could be a bad ETB motor or solenoid or DC Controller or high voltage power supply.
This isn't something that is going to be fixed by email.

I hope you have a service contract for your printer.

Transfer Belt Error Error code 59.FO. Replace the belt.

Don't confuse with 59.CO which is a machine problem, usually related to develop disengagement assembly. If someone has previously worked on it, then all it may need is a main assembly removal and replacement, with replacement being done to HP specs. (gear alignment and so on)

GOT ERROR CODE 59.FO, HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

This indicates an issue with either the transfer belt or the sensors that monitor it. Does the transfer belt turn freely if you turn it by hand using the gear on the side? Do not touch the belt surface.

HP Color LaserJet CP352dn 59.fo error

59.F0 ERROR

The primary transfer-alienation motor has experienced an error.
1. Check to ensure the ITB is installed correctly.
2. Run a sensor test to verify that the primary transfer disengagement roller is functioning. If not replace the sensor (SR17).
3. Run the primary transfer drive test in actuator drive mode. If not functioning replace the ITB (Intermediate transfer belt).

Hp color laserjet code 59.fo error

All the book says is that one of the motors had a problem.
Power it off for at least 30 seconds. Power back on.
Make sure you are not using a surge protector.
Put the power cord directly into the wall outlet.

I just checked the manual for another printer and the 59.f0
could be the ITB. Make sure that it is seated correctly. If you have
a spare install it and see if problem goes away.

Problem Error Code 59.FO For HP Color LaserJet 3600 Printer

If you haven't taken your printer apart, somehow the "cams" in the developer drive assembly worked their way out of alignment.
Somebody trained is going to have to align and calibrate the main drive assembly.
