I have in my hand a Rolex Daytona, says on the back
"WINNER Rolex 24 ad Daytona with a year to small for me to read. serial number possibly 70216. The band says it's 18K, it looks like white gold or stainless steel, a black dial with red lettering of "Daytona"...oh yes, the year says 1992. What do I have, a fake, an authentic, and how much can I expect this to be worth? Perfect condition. Thank you!

Sorry but you are not winner. I see that particular counterfeit a few times every year. Its got a little checked flag behind where it says that and the sticker is green. Maybe next time you will win a real but not today.
Hi, There has been a Daytona with similar to this on the back that was presented in 1992 ..but....... If your watch has AD DAYTONA on the back it is certainly a fake and sadly worthless.
A feature of Rolex watches is a solid caseback. The only time an engraving is placed on any Rolex watch casebacks is as an aftermarket feature (i.e "Tom, I love you, Sue").
The "Winner Daytona 24" engraving on the back is, i'm afraid, a common feature of a replica Rolex watch.
This is very difficult to say if your watch is genuine or fake just by the numbers given, but if you will pop in to any decent watch repair shop, they will be able to tell you within a matter of few minutes.
Not sure what your question is.. but I assume you wish to know if you have the real thing or not.
The watch you describe is a reproduction and not the genuine article.
I am sure there are other indicators.. however the Daytona and 99.9999% of all Rolex watches do not have engraving on the back cover.
Best of luck
