No audio First time user: Orinally my counterpart was receiving audio but not video, I was receiving video but not audio. yesterday; we received our video but none of us the audio. What's cooking with this camera?

First, you need to identify which box the problem is in. Does the TV work with other inputs? If not, problem in TV. If it does, then the problem is in the Yamaha.
Once you know where the problem is, you can proceed to fixing what's broken.

you are owned a no quibble replacment. You have faulty circuitry and no user can replace or repair the internals at this early stage as you will invalidate any warrenty.
