How to open gprs in my iphone black - Apple iPhone 3GS Black (16 GB)

when you say that you can't find the GPRS settings, do you mean on the iphone or on your network's website? Because if you call up your network's customer service i'm sure they can provide them. but if you mean on the iphone, then the path i already described above IS the GPRS settings even though it's not called 'GPRS settings'. the APN is a web portal

You can send all your data over GPRS by simply switching off 3G (HSPA) in Settings > General > Network.
If you're talking about GPS (Global Positioning System), you can activate it by enabling Location Services in Settings > Location Services and then opening the Maps application and tapping the small arrow in the lower left corner to zoom in on your location.
The iPhone does not come with turn by turn navigation software, you have to purchase that separately.

Simple tips to Disable iPhone 3G GPRS or Edge Connection

each time an Internet service is loaded, data will likely be transferred automatically through GPRS whether you like it or not. Therefore, I have found a trick to disable the access to GPRS network on my iPhone having recently 5 simple steps.

Cellular Data Network
APN, Username and Password field

merely type in many words so iPhone do not pass the correct values to service providers (Digi, Maxis or Celcom). we'll receive a message that says "Unable to Connect to the GPRS Network" whenever you accidentally tap on online tool icons.

How can a open my gprs in iphone 2g

There is no gprs in the iPhone 2g. To find your location it uses cell tower triangulation and the ip of the wifi spot you are connected to in order to figure out your location. To turn on location services, which allows all this to happen, go to settings -> general and turn on location services.

Well iPhone 3Gs is an extremely fast device. For you to get all its resources used , CellOne GPRS services would not satisfy, if you really want to enjoy your iPhone 3Gs go for the 3G services. However, your phone would have no issues whatsoever, and yes when you compare the GPRS on 3Gs it will be comparatively better than what you must have / might experience in any other phone.
