I have a Motorola H620 and when I turn it on it does not connect with my phone and will not turn back off. The light stays on until I plug it in to the charger. I also have a H390 and it has started doing the same thing. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to have to replace them both.

    SOURCE: My headset doesnt turn on, when I plug the charger the red light starts blinking

    Could be a combo of low battery and not yet being connected. Charge it overnight and check on it in the morning.

    H620 flashes pink 10 times when turned on. I have charged the unit and had a green indicator, Any idea what the flashing pink means when turned on.
    if the flashes are rapid, normally it means that the connection was successful. A quick google search for motorola h620 should bring up the users manual in pdf format with an explaination of all the light combinations

    I need help pairing my motorola h500 to motorola i580 phone
    1. Make sure your phone's bluetooth is on.
    2. Go to MENU > SETTINGS > CONNECTION > BLUETOOTH LINK > SETUP.
    3. Scroll to power then press change.
    4. Scroll to ON the press select to turn on the bluetooth feature. Bluetooth feature remains ON until it is turned off.
    5. With the headset power off, press and hold the CALL button for 6-10 seconds until the blue light indicator turns on and remains steadily lit. If it does not stay lit, turn off the headset. To turn it off, press and hold CALL button until blue light stops.
    6. While holding the CALL button on the headset, on your phone select MENU > SETTINGS > CONNECTION > BLUETOOTH LINK > HANDS-FREE > LOOK FOR DEVICES. The phone lists all bluetooth devices it finds.
    7. Select Motorola H500.
    8. Press OK or YES to pair the headset with your phone.
    9. Enter the passkey 0000.
    10. Press OK.
