i have a virus which doesn't allow me to open any thing or to call or to answer any calls or to open the menu either.

I have the same problem Post a new problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

none of the keys function except the on and off

my keys just completely quit working over night

i have that problem too!
sometimes it goes to the browser itself
and sends itself an sms.
when i plug it to a charger it changes the volume setting
i cant do anything except to turn on/off
HELP!

My razor quit working none of the keys function except the on and off.

There is no virus for this phone,it is just the firmware, Unless you know how to save your info from phone and do a factory restore
just send it to motorola,,,,Unless you know how to hack your phone
and you loaded a different firmware there is no way to get a virus,besides there is not one made yet.
