you will have to down load a driver for your camcorder or the computer will not recognise it . Make sure that the programs is compatible with the unit.

You need the software to install the camcorder right .

Contact the mfr.

The hard drive is defective and needs to be replaced. Unfortunate but its a pretty easy install. Have part on hand.

Need software update for vista, go to jvc web site and check for software up dates.

The short answer is that unless JVC have released a firmware upgrade to this model, currently its not support for use on vista.
