Dear tech, I have a 12amp Bissell bagless cleaner model# 4220-P the part I need is under the foot lever to lower the vacuum cleaner to sweep. The part is the slide pin that locks the sweeper from lowering. It has a spring attach to it. Can I buy this part Bob Yurkovich
