The number 27 is on the display all the time - Panasonic KX-TGA101S Cordless Handset

Search eBay for sold listings with the same model number.

Example enter 27 degrees 28 minutes and 42 seconds
To enter that number in DMS (or HMS) you type in 27.2842.
To convert it to decimal degrees
you use left SHIFT (mauve) [4] (TIME)
then [NXT] followed by [C] (HMS-->). The display will show 27.47833333
Pressing the [-->HMS] menu key (C) will give you back 27.2842.

Selecting the view option, either to Mosaic / Time slide, can be selected by the drop-down list, at the top left of the display window, will make surf easy. You can also do a search, by type in the brand name/model number/IC used, in the search box at the top right of the display window.

Feb 27, 2010- Speed dial numbers 001 -255 (256-279 are personal speed dial entries) are system wide speed dial numbers and are changed in system programming. System programming is done on M7310,M7324 and T7316 set only.
Enter programming by pressing the feature key followed by **266344.When prompted to enter the password enter 266344.
The screen should say Terminals&Sets.
The 4 top line/feature keys are now used for programming.
At the terminals&sets prompt, press the next key 3 times(bottom right arrow).
The display should say Sys speed dial.
Press the show key (top right arrow)
The display should say speed dial#:--
enter in the speed dial number you wish to program.
Press the show key (top right arrow) .
The display should show the existing speed dial number
Press the chg key
Enter in new telephone number
press ok when finished
repeat for remaining speed dials
Press the release key when finished

Press the "Display" button for 3 seconds....if that don't work then press the display button "10" times in a row...let me know if it worked

If it is a Vision or Focus
Pro 5000 it should just have 4 buttons on the face. If you hold down the top arrow and the far left button at the same time it should unlock to you can reprogram it. It should say 1 on the left and some other number on the right. You need hit the button under "next" on display until you come to number 27. Setting 27 is your heat setting move it up and down until desired temp is reached. Next is selection 28. This is the cool temp move up and down until your desired temp is reached. After this you should hit the done button and thats it.

if you can access the menu on your remote or the front of the set you can turn this function off. somewhere in the menu will be something called OSD( on screen display) and you can turn it off. sometimes the menu can be accessed by pushing the channel up and down buttons on the front of the set at the same time.
