In microsoft word 7 some files open but in some files give me error means only square boxes i think it corrupted but how to recover taht?

HD > Users > [my user name] > Library > Containers > com.microsoft.Powerpoint > Data > Library > Preferences > AutoRecovery > Presentation1_autorecover
Copy the file to the desktop and change the extension to .pptm and then double click it. Should be good to your last auto save point.

then, go to format -> slide design, choose to show all documents, and choose the corrupt powerpoint file. now, go to insert -> slides from file, and select the corrupt powerpoint file. make sure you are set to insert all slides, and then import. if that works, great! i suspect, however, that you might crash at that point. if so, try repeating the process, inserting specific slides one by one until you find the problem one. after that, save the file, making sure that fast saves are off (in preferences / save).

For xlsx files, they are actually a group of files compressed in Zip file format. Therefore, sometimes, if the corruption is only caused by the Zip file, then you can use Zip repair tools such as WinRAR to repair the file, as follows:

1. Assuming the corrupt Excel file is a.xlsx, then you need to rename it to a.zip
2. Start WinRAR, go to "Tools > Repair Archive" to repair a.zip and generated a fixed file a_fixed.zip.

How big is that mailbox (both size & item count) & is it significantly larger than other mailboxes in the environment?
It might be worthwhile to move the mailbox to a new database just because if there is any corruption, it'll sort it out. The other option would be to then run an isinteg but that would affect the entire database.
