When you hit start the washer fills with water but after that it just sits with the light on and doesn't do anything. If hit cancel it will pump out the water that it pumped in to start.

The drive belt cold be faulty and will need to be replaced.

Should get some one to look at it. If there is a hot smell could be a short someplace.

Fill machine with water and let it start to run---then hit cancel button. Dishwasher should go into a drain cycle and then end.

F/H No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

• If there is no water in the unit:
  1. Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
  2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
  3. Verify inlet valve operation
• If there is water in the unit:
  1. Verify Drain pump operation
  2. Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch
• Verify there is not a siphon problem
• Verify wire harness connections to:Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check all hoses for possible leaks

F21 error means that the drain time has exceeded 8 minutes; this will turn off the water valves. Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the display. If errors still remains then please check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. Disassemble the washer by removing the back from the washer and check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is draining. Also inspect the pump filter for foreign objects. Before disassembling remember to turn off the power and disconnect the washer. If it still doesn't help then there is an issue with the pump and you'll need to replace it. Hope this helps... hello, it sound like the pump could be blocked or the drain hose could be kinked or blocked. do a test on the washer with no clothes fill the washer see if emptys you should hear the pump. if you don't the pump could be faulty hope it helps

Theres a drain pump located at the bottom of the unit if you follow the hose from the pump then to the drain if your unit isnt draining you might have to call for service from a technician to have them change your drain pump. If the water is just sitting inside the unit and when u start the unit it should fill with water again.Also if you have a cancel function by pressing this you will make the unit drain if you dont hear anything when u press the cancel button you definetly need a pump

its a error code for not enough water fast enoght or no water. check fill bibs are on and screens inside fill valve are clean if ok . make sure you do not have steel branded flow retrickers fill hoses it if so replace hoses. washer has to get a amount of water fast or it will code out
