sending message came from the simcard sms setting...... check your message setting like message center..check the home network what simcard you used. by the way your phone receive message you can call or receive call if yes the problem of your phone is wrong message center number... check it go to message/message setting/message center. check the number if correct or not..
Hello francisgingr. Unfortunately, if save files were deleted from the console, you are not going to be able to recover them without very expensive data recovery software and removing your console's hard drive.
This is because the message centre number is wrong. so please check the service centre number which you given is correct. call the service provider and check the message centre number.
Make sure you kept this number in use for sending messages.
And also check weather the reply via same centre is in NO.

there are ways to trouble shoot this. 1. check your message center >> open your menu, select settings, select applications, select messages, select message center, check message center address, if you have doubt that that is not your correct message center address, then ask from a friend with the same network to tell you what is the message center address or number. 2. check the signal of your phone 3. most important is, try to check your load if you still have.
