My Officejet Pro L7680 All-In-One Printer is cutting off the bottom of some of my printed pages. It will also send faxes just fine, but we cannot receive faxes (we get either a blank page or just the top two inches or so). I have tried multiple solutions, but the problem is not yet resolved!

Every time I send a fax, I get a Fax Log. Want to disconnect the fax log.

Hello. Go into the menu and disable the log or set it to print off a log after every, say, 20 faxes. J.

L7680 printer was working fine. It stopped printing black but will print all other colors. I just replaced the black ink cartridge and it still won't print black. Do you know the fix for this?

If you print primarily black, your black/yellow printhead may have worn out and needs to be replaced. Go to start, printers and faxes, select the L7680 and then select properties. Print a test page and run the troubleshooter to clean the nozzles and lines. If it's not the nozzles or lines, search for C9381A on google and purchase a new printhead it should be about $70.
