Hello dmiller,

Is is possible that you are trying to connect the charger to the plug that operates the main motor?

That is what I tried to do initially. What you need to do is to remove the cockpit housing from the frame. This is done by gently pulling the lower rear area of the cockpit straight out and off the posts that you will see on either side. The whole assembly can then be slid forward and over the battery pack which is in the nose, or in the very front of the craft.

At this point you will be able to see those plugs and note that the connector for the battery pack is a female fitting while the plug or connector for the drive motor and the charger are both male fittings.
I reckon that they do this so that one cannot hook the charger directly up to the motor lead which could result in injury if the on\off switch would happen to be in the on position.

I will remove the cockpit every time for charging because it is much easier to get to the plugs. This is also a good time to see the Potentiometer screw (page #8 of manual) that you will use to dial in the trim of your craft.

I want to recharge a new phone.

Hello, Pamelia -

If your cell phone did not come with a charger (a cord with a connection to your cell phone and a male electrical plug on the other end to plug into a wall electrical outlet), then you will need to purchase one that will work with your model phone. You can purchase one from your cell phone provider or you may be able to find one at your local "big box" store.

You may also wish to purchase a cell phone charger which can be used in your car by connecting to the car "cigarette lighter" outlet and connecting to your phone on the other end. Just think how you would charge your phone without electricity.

You may also wish to find and purchase an "emergency" cell phone charger, for "just in case" situations.

I cant get hellicopter to charge

Maybe the battery is dead. Check the charging system/power supply. Maybe it's malfunctioning. Maybe inputs are wrong and check to see if they are working in proper order.

Where you plug in the charger is broke. Someone tried to plug in the wrong type charger and now the piece inside is loose. It will not charge.

This is your best option since additional devices need to be installed with SWS adaptors by technicians.

If your unit will not charge in your vehicle, you may need to replace the fuse located in the tip of the vehicle power adapter.
  1. Unscrew and remove the silver or black, round end piece.

  3. Remove the fuse (glass and sliver cylinder) and replace with a new fuse.
  4. Ensure that the silver tip is placed in the end piece. Screw on the end piece.

Have a Gateway Laptop Computer Model #MT6708. Previously computer had blank screen and no power. Currently purchased new battery and power cord. Computer now operating screen and power is on. However, when...

First thing check that the battery charge light is on when the battery and the charger are connected.
If it is it indicates that the power supply is charging the battery,
If it isnt it may indicate a fault with the battery or that the charger is not compatable with the laptop or that there is a fault with the charger.
If the battery is charging then try running the laptop on battery only without the charger and on charger only without the battery.
This will eliminate which one is faulty.

You mentioned that if you wiggle the cord then the light comes on again.
Check to see if the charger end plug is lose or the actual port on the laptop is lose.
If the charger plug is lose then return to seller and make sure they gave you the correct charger. if the actual port on laptop is lose then perhaps u got a bad connection and you need electrician or local laptop technician to open it up and solder properly on motherboard.

Let me know how it goes.

Our brand new mvd2016blk keeps saying loading.. and then wrong disk. We've only had it 2 weeks. Please help..

When a DVD player starts doing that, it either needs to be cleaned, or something is going wrong with the DVD mechanism inside of it. You can purchase DVD lens cleaner from any large retail store that has an electronics section. However, since you just bought the unit, if it won't play any commercial DVD then you should return the unit to the retailer with your receipt. If you don't have the receipt, call Memorex at 800-919-3647.

I hope I've provided you useful assistance and that this information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. Please be sure to vote on my response. I hope I've earned a good rating from you today.

Nuvi 260w no power.

Yes, you need to charge it. USE the charger that came with it for best results. Some off brand chargers will NOT work.
You plugged it into your car and nothing? Even if the batteries are bad it should still work. Is it the Garmin charger?

IPod Touch - 8GB

Hello TerrieLyn,

If you have used different chargers / charge methods and the iPod is still not getting a charge you can probably rule out the charger as the cause of the problem. It sounds like there is something wrong with your iPod itself.

The most likely cause is a defective internal battery, but there could also be a problem with the charge circuitry or the charger port.

I'd suggest taking the unit into your local Apple store or the retailer that you purchased the iPod from. Depending on when you purchased the unit and whether or not you purchased any additional service plan coverage you may have to pay for any repair services.

Best Regards,
Ken
