NO sound Plays well but no sound

    Picture's great! NO sound.

    Never dropped, abused, or shaken. Cables changed. Cables and unit unplugged & thenplugged in again. Still no sound.

    bought this dvd player from walmart and the picture works fine but you can barely hear it and that is with the volume turned up on the dvd player and the tv walmart will not replace it so what can i do to get my money back or it replaced we have the reciept for the dvd player

    everything setup correctly. all cables tested. only legal and store-bought movies. no sound. tried everything... no sound at all.

Try a differnt dvd... cos may be the sound format in the dvd disc is not supported by the player... try a mp3 player.. to see if sounds available..
