Look at the left sidebar and see the Manuals link. Click or tap on that link.

On the Instruction Manuals page, look for the link for Panini Maker. Click or tap on the Select Model link. A drop down menu will appear. From that menu you can choose BCGL0050.

The knob used for use of the position plates has come completely come apart. Please help. This is the second time I have had trouble with this product. I need a repair picture with instructions on how to put this back together.

It's on the left hand side under the panini maker...the picture is of the 7.5 size but under that picture it does have a drop down menu that says model # and that 5 qt Pressure Cooker with that Model # is there...
