Question about Durabrand DWT2405 24" TV
Can you tell me if this model has TWO internal speakers or 1? I am using a small 4 ohm remote speaker plugged into the headphone jack for private listening in bed at night and the volume is sometimes very soft...even at full volume. The extension wire for it is about 20' long and is 16 gauge copper wire.
My question is: Would getting a different 8 ohm speaker make the volume louder if I used that instead in the headphone jack???

I do not think that this TV does not have a separate circuitry with its volume control for the earphone. If your earphone is mono, are you using a plug that is mono to connect the speaker?
Try using AWG 20 if you could to see if that helps.
