The drill was a bosch 1194vsr hammer drill - now it is a door stop!
You could try the repair shop, but they'll probably laugh - its burnt out and they aren't usually worth repairing. It was a good drill, but they all burn out one day. Have fun choosing a new one.

You can try replacing the brushes. You will have to take the back plate off to access the brush holders. See the exploded parts diagram on this page: https://www.toolpartsdirect.com/media/catalog/product/cache/schematic/images/1/4/1412002.png. This is the only way to get to the brushes. Also, you might want to test the switch with an ohm/continuity/multimeter and trace the path of electricity to make sure the other parts are not the problem. There is a way to check the armature, just google it, brushes are cheap,

Sounds like you need bushings do not try again till you replace then as you may damage the armiture......
there should be two plastic slotted screw caps somewhere on the drill........remove those and a bushing will pop out replace those by ordering fron tool repair shop......should cost only a few dollars

How do i change the drill bit

you will get a better response by adding more information. like its a hammer drill and the type of bits being used.
im gonna guess and assume its a hammer drill.
there is a collar at the front of the drill that will pull down / back toward the trigger as this is pulled down you can pull the bit out.

No power

Check the Cable between the plug and the switch for continuity using the ohmeter or continuity tester part of a cheap multimeter. Place one lead on each of the plug contacts in turn, and the other on the other end of that wire. If this is okay, check the switch for continuity by placing each lead of your tester on the in and out contacts and pressing the trigger. If still no joy, check the brushes. If still no joy, check the motor windings for continuity.
