First, have you tested the wall receptacle that the heater is plugged into? Have you plugged a lamp or other electric appliance into it, to see if it's working? If nothing else works in that receptacle check for a tripped circuit breaker in the panel box of your home.I f there is one tripped, make sure nothing is plugged into the offending receptacle and reset the breaker, by turning it on. If one is tripped, now you need to figure out what tripped it. Was it the heater? Probably so. In any event, plug the heater back into the receptacle and turn the heater on. Did it trip the circuit breaker again? If so, there is an electrical short in the heater. Since you have only had it for 3 months, I would assume it's still under warranty. If so, follow the instructions in the Owners Manual about returning it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Paragon 7007-00 120Volt 7-day timer with 4-NO terminals uses X4299 tripper.
Paragon is no longer making timers and parts, except for defrost timers. 7000 series is not defrost timer.
Patriot supply shows the X4299 tripper for $15 per pair July 2011.
