I have a RW one too and to be honest given what I paid for it, I thought it best to take it to a jeweller/ watch repair specialist; peace of mind in case I damaged it myself.
this is an easy fix that can be done by a quality watch maker o jewelery repair shop , should cost no more than 10-20 dollars. All you need to do is bring it in and tell them that you need to have the clasp riveted. Its just a pin of sorts that has come undone. Look and see if there is a fast fix in your area they are usually very affordable and do the repair as you wait.
Usually a delay in the second hand means a low battery. If you have not had a battery changed in awhile, then thats my best guess. RW suggests a routine maintenence about every 3 years. They have an awesome website. You can read more and get instructions if needed at following link:
Try going to the RW website and finding their list of retailers in your area. Most reputable jewellers who sell high end watches should also be able to do this for you, but be careful if the watch is under warranty as you may have to do it through an authorised service centre.
