I cannt access my gigaset 504agu by entring address 192.168.254.254 and i m trying to access it for weeks.

Its means that 11 people are using you're router. I would turn on WPA or WPA2 security on the router, and put a password on it, then use whats called MAC address filtering so it only allows you internet access. Also disable WPS if you can because it can be hacked easily.

Connect the ISP modem to main uplink port. Then connect pc to any other port. Done!

Your router has a settings known as DHCP limit, MAC ID filtering (filtering by device ID called mac address). Either of these have been turned on. PLease let me know what kind of internet connection you are using DSL/CABLE etc., so that I can help you resolve this problem.

first of all check the default gateway through command prompt:-
Click Start--Programs--Accessories--command prompt, now type ipconfig and press Enter.
Now see what is the default gateway, as that is the address to access your router page.

Check the type of encryption the 572 is set for, I've found a few cases where it needs to be WPA and not WEP. As a temporary measure, you could switch off wireless security.
Lastly, check your not getting a channel conflict, if a neighbour has a wireless access point with the same channel, you may get problems, which will require logging onto the 572 and changing the wireless channel

turn the wireless access point / router off for about 10 seconds and then turn it back on and try again and if that does not work then that means you will have to use the ip address of the wireless access point / router to go into the configuration page ( which you will need to login to either with the default username and or password to alter the configuration ) and re configure the wireless - possibly try it on a different channel and give it a new ssid and wireless key password, also try and use WPA PSK or something with WPA as its stronger and better.

The usual setup IP address for DLink wireless routers is
192.168.0.1
and the user login = admin and no password is required.
If you have not changed the password and the default SSID then it is recommended that you set a password and change the SSID so that it will help prevent someone hacking into your DLink wireles router and changing your setings to their advantage..
