    i have the same thing but i can unlock it but once i gat to my apps i can not do anything

First thing to try is a reset

To reset your iPod:

  • 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  • 2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

Itouch is frozen with the usb cable and itunes
Press and hold the Home button and Power button and the same time to perform a hard reset.
if this fails plug into pc and restore your ipod.
