My hp 3015 is giving not cart. or door open error how do i fix.

I face this error on display on hp p 3015. "close rear door" please give solution.

The laserjet 3015 has a weird issue with the logic board. The paper jam is caused by some sensor issues with the logic board. Some issues may not be fixable. The 2009 series of this printer should be under warranty from HP to get a proper board. On the converse, you could try thicker paper; and set your paper thickness on the printer. If you can open the top cover and then close it; it will reset the sensor.

Follow these steps:

1. Remove all paper from the input tray.
2. Open and close the door.
3. Reinsert the paper into the input tray.
4. Powercycle (turn off and back on) the printer.

Printed pages are VERY light, and the fuser temperature is low. The toner is not fixed on paper. Still it don`t give any errors. A detailed diagram of the power souce have anyone?

The firmware is corrupted, formatter (mainboard) on the printer is damaged, there is nothing you can do to fix it.
Take it to an authorized repair center

IF its under warranty get it back where ya bought it
if it isnt it cost more to repair than a new printer...sorry to say time for a new printer

The problem is the locking arms on the right side of the machine are probably broken. HP has a tech bulletin out on this issue and they have a kit with updated parts to repair it. It is a very common problem.
