Question about Dell PowerEdge 6950 (becwlk1_3) Server
Gen 9, system, nice. that 4 CPU server is boss. (not pregnant cow) but super keen.
and can be had for 25 to 1 on the dollar. 200 bucks. (sans SSA disks)
that Seagate is 3.5inchs 15k RPM fast SAS drive that raid card has huge powerful migration and recovery firmware SMARTS, vast smarts. the card cage is cabled to the raid card with sas cable sets. that same SAS backplane can use SATA HDD but not in same array. separate Sata controls are a subset of SAS, so there.
it's all in the great Dell manuals OP use google web translate on our forum.

Removing the PSWD jumper is the correct method of clearing the BIOS password. Removing the battery resets the CMOS.
Remove the power from your computer. Remove the battery. Remove the PSWD jumper. Wait!!!!
Keep power off the computer for at least 30 minutes, overnight is better.
Replace the battery. Plug the computer in. Do Not Reconnect the PSWD jumper.
Now reinstall your operating system and drivers. When finished, restart your system. If everything works and you want to redo the BIOS password, shut the computer down. Unplug the power. Remove the battery. WAIT.
Replace the PSWD jumper. Replace the battery. Plug in the power. Restart the computer, hitting "F2" as it starts....to open the BIOS setup page. Reset your password here. Esc to continue, Yes to save.

ENGLISH: I think you are having overlapping layers of same image on your monitor. Try checking the cables for bent or damaged pins. See if there are any electromagnetic devices near the monitor. For once, try releasing the flee power from the monitor. To do this, unplug the power cord of the monitor and press the power button on the monitor for about 15 seconds. You can also try checking the image in safemode of "Windows". if the image is fine there, you need to reinstall/update your video drivers.
