I have a Keurig B-31 and have already cleaned it but after I put the water and coffee in it push the brew button.. water heats up and starts the brewing process but nothing comes out and then it stops. What gives?

Try cleaning the needle that punctures the top of the k cup.

Take it back for an exchange. Not sure what model you have, but Keurig has a class action law suit going on because of the many problems they are having with their coffee makers. Again, take it back for an exchange (what I did).

Needs cleaning and reset the system with a full flush and Calc.

the blinking blue lights, means the water level is low...BUT sometimes it sticks, if the tank is not clean..its that round disk, on the side of the water tanks that sticks..try resetting the tank..set set the default brew size..goto menu, then goto brewsize to set the default size...when it says ready to brew..then you can select the size...

MODEL B31: I made the mistake of not running water thru the machine first (the Initial cleaning) and was unable to get water to come thru to the K-cup. Reservoir was hot and full and would not come out. SOLUTION: I took a bendy-straw and completely covered the inside needle coming from the top (that goes into the K-cup) and pushed it up with a fair amount of pressure and blew hard into the straw. Then sucked on the straw (BE CAREFUL IF THE WATER IS HOT) and water and some coffee grounds came out. The brewer worked perfectly after this!!

mcdevito75, If the unit is heating up it could need to be cleaned. If the unit does not heat up, unit could be bad, replace. Check owner manual for cleaning.
