My phone is motorola e770. when i going to create a message it will instantly turned off. what is this?. even if i going to scroll and press P in my contact so that i have the short-cut access, it will instantly shut down then turn on again. my friends told me that it is a virus. how is it true. if that could be a cause of virus? then what could be the excellent solution for this problem thank YOu.

go to sattings then find language click on it predictive text off

Possibly it is on aiplane mode, to turn that off

Press menu key
scroll to settings then press the joystick
scroll to airplane mode, then press joystick
scroll right to turn airplane mode on / off

set prompt at startup to turn on or off when you turn the phone on or off here.
Also~
ANSWER OPTIONS:
Press [_] > settings > incall setup > Answer options > multi-key > on or off

according to the technician i had met mostly of motorola the problem when you make or create it restarted....
the solution he make he juz format my phone not the ordinary formatting that we seen our naked eye.. he juz type on the phone a code or combination to format my phone..
in nokia i know how you can format it...itself will format itself..by juz pressing * ,3,call and hold power button..for nokia 6600 and etc...

Here's how send a picture in a message.

1. Press the Center Select Key
2. Press the Navigation Key to scroll to Messaging, and press the Center Select Key
3. Press the Navigation Key and scroll down to Create Message, and press the Center Select Key
4. Press the Navigation Key and scroll down to New MMS Message, and press the Center Select Key
5. Press the keypad to enter desired text
6. Press Options, by pressing the left soft key
7. Highlight Insert, and press the Center Select Key
8. Highlight Picture, and press the Center Select Key
9. Press the Navigation Key and scroll up or down to the desired picture
10. Press Insert, by pressing the left soft key
11. Press Send To, by pressing the right soft key
12. Press the Navigation Key, and scroll down to desired contact, and Press the Center Select Key
13. Press Send, by pressing the right soft key
