Server is busy message

When I try to select the Documate 510 from the scanner drop down box, I keep getting a "switch to" message, then a message saying "server is busy". where can i start troubleshooting this?

this problem seems to have solved itself... now the scan dialog box takes a very long time to pop up, if at all
I have the same problem Post a new problem
I know someone who can solve this problem
