Hi this error is a laser malfunction withe the yellow assembly you will need to change the yellow print head unit what you can do is take out the print head unit assembly swap the yellow print head unit with the cyan unit then you should get error c-4552 then you know the unit is faulty
this will fix your issue
The cyan "print head" and yellow "print head" cannot be exchanged with one another (there are tabs on the sides, placed at different corresponding heights, that disallow this). Also, your solution would only show that there is an issue. My question was how can this be fixed?
