Welcome to Fixya

You must have the windows operating disk to reinstall the print spooler. You may order the disk to lenovo. Here's the contact number 18774536685 then press option 3. Once you have the disk, here's the procedure on how to install the print spooler service.

  1. Log on to your PC computer with an administrator account.
  2. Open the "Start" menu and click on the "Run" button.
  3. Type "sfc /scannow" into the text box and hit "Enter" on your keyboard. The system files scanner will launch and will begin searching for missing configuration files, including the Print Spooler.
  4. Put the Windows installation CD into your disk drive when prompted. The computer will copy the Print Spooler files from the CD and restore them to the proper location in the operating system.

HP B8850 photo printer originally installed on an XP machine. Now running on a Win 7 unit (SP1) x64. Most printing done from Photoshop CS2. Up until a few months ago, everything ran fine on the x64 Win 7...

Try this.
Right click on the desktop and create a new Text Document, rename it spooler.bat
Be sure your computer is set to display file extensions otherwise you will end up with a file called spooler.bat.txt but the .txt will not be displayed. Right click on the file and select edit. type the following:
net stop spooler
net start spooler

Save the file.
Between print jobs, run this by right clicking on the file and Run as Administrator. Maybe restarting the spooler will work and you will not have to reboot.

While trying to install my printer I ran into some problems with the print spooler, while trying to fix this problem I get this message displayed RUNDLL Erro loading C:\Windows\System32\xmqlllnu.dll ...

I had a look at dllfiles.com and it doesnt list ur missing dll.
I would suggest getting the latest drivers for your printer, uninstalling the old ones and install the printer again.
If your print spooler is disabled then you might have issues as well. Just make sure the spooler is enabled. Click run then type msconfig and hit enter, under the serices tab make sure that print spooler is checked, spoolsv.exe is the command.

But firstly fix the drivers for the printer cause that looks like a service specific dll thats missing for the printer

Hope that helps
